Our 4- day, men-only, health and fitness boot camp will get you back into shape and find muscles you had forgotten you had. You will be put through your paces! And while our stunning location at Stanford Hall is something to behold, so too are the challenges you’ll face. Situated just 8 miles from Junction 24 M1 it couldn’t be more convenient. With its beautiful lake, muddy woodlands and historic hall… you’ll relish the whole experience.

Our Friday-to-Monday course has been specially introduced to cater for busy men who can't take a whole week off work - you will get a motivational boost to your fitness regime, shift some weight and build some muscle too!

They’re the facts. But there’s something else about Kick-start Boot Camp. You’ll love getting fit in the great outdoors (no matter what the weather!)… but you’ll revel in the tough men-only camaraderie that will be a great motivation to kick-start your new fitness regime. So with our military-style support getting there will be half the fun!
